Wow. That is disgusting. You are right, this story can't be more straightforward. The press captured live footage of the rats in the restaurant and customer's live reactions. KFC will have a ridiculously tough time bouncing back from this. The media has done their job to spread the story. Not only did it appear on dozens of television news stations, but also on the internet and blogs like this one. The social media world can obviously make or break a company.
